Ingredients:
3 bottles of crystal wheat beer (for example, Paulaner or Spaten)
1/2 bottle raspberry syrup
20 ounces frozen raspberries
1 bottle German sparkling wine
Preparation:
Mix fruit, syrup and beer in a big glass bowl. When fruit is defrosted, add sparkling wine and serve.
Variation:
If you prefer strawberries, substitute the raspberry ingredients for strawberry.
